Esteem Fitness offers very affordable small classes, with every session varied, including boxing, circuits, fat-burning exercises, interval training, free-weights and cardio. We make full use of the weather, including outdoor classes in the open air during summer, or indoor classes in the cooler months or inclement weather.
Every session is different, and designed to be challenging, with YOU in mind!
Join 'Team Esteem', so together we can be the best versions of ourselves, do something for ourselves and feel good about ourselves!
Mixed classes on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6am, so send your hubby, partner or boyfriend, or come as a couple!
