Here at Esteem Fitness, we realise that everyone is different, with different needs, goals, abilities and fitness levels.
Often the biggest challenge is to walk through the door of a new fitness centre or gym for the first time.
Esteem Fitness is a welcoming and friendly, with no mirrors and a non-judgemental environment where like-minded people are working towards their own fitness and health goals.
Esteem Fitness offers very affordable small classes, with every session varied, including boxing, circuits, fat-burning exercises, interval training, free-weights and cardio. We make full use of the weather, including outdoor classes in the open air during summer, or indoor classes in the cooler months or inclement weather.
Every session is different, and designed to be challenging, with YOU in mind! All sessions can be adapted for specific abilities, fitness levels and injuries.
