Group Training
My groups consist of like-minded people, working together and along-side one-another to achieve similar goals. Ultimately; to be the best version of ourselves, do something for ourselves and feel good about ourselves.
Every session is different and is developed specifically with every individual in mind. There are a wide range of fitness levels, abilities and injuries that I plan for, so it is therefore essential that you book in for your sessions.
I provide a mixture of cardio-vascular and strength training, incorporating boxing, free weights, circuits, team games, partner work and a variety of equipment.
More often than not, I am training beside you, inspiring you and showing you that I am walking the talk.
